When I had an Asian-themed grill-tastic party one summer (I believe it was the first NAFTY), I made flank steak two ways. One was Korean BBQ style (I just bought a jarred sauce, and it was yum), and the other was this way.

Despite my Polish heritage, I’d never really had kielbasa and eggs until I met John. Today I made them for us for breakfast the way John does(ish) because, well, we’re both a little hungover and grease seemed like a good thing. This serves about four, as George had some too and we had about a serving of leftovers.
