This dip just sort of happened – John had a bunch of Mexican-y leftovers in the same bowl, and we scooped them up with chips. Then he decided to serve it as a dip the next day for game day.

Homemade hummus

Impromptu “Peruvian” egg whites
I made this for breakfast this week when I got back from the gym early and had a bit of time before work. Now, there’s a good chance that unless you’re in Arlington, the prospect of leftover Peruvian chicken green sauce isn’t a common occurrence, but hey.
