Made this as a side this weekend. A little dry, but generally solid flavors.
*medium grain rice
*1/2 onion, chopped
*chicken broth (I used a can and then used water for the rest of the liquid needed for the rice cooker
*toasted pine nuts
*Chopped parsley
*olive oil
*a touch of butter
*salt
*2 cloves garlic, chopped
*1 cup frozen peas
Cook onion and garlic ahead of time in oil in skillet. Add pine nuts and toast.
Throw all ingredients except peas and parsley into rice cooker. Cook until done.
When it switches to warm, add peas and parsley and let peas heat through.
