Angel hair “fagioli”

Was looking for a mild but interesting side dish to go with my grouper, and this is what I came up with.

Half package of angel hair

some leftover beans (I had white and kidney on hand)

large handful of spinach

breadcrumb mixture (bread crumbs, crushed almonds, herbs de provence, parm)

some more grated parm

2 cloves garlic, chopped

olive oil

Bring water to boil. Cook pasta according to directions.

While that’s happening, heat olive oil in pan. Toast garlic and bread crumbs. Add spinach and wilt, add beans and heat through.

Toss pasta with breadcrumb mixture, additional parm.
