I’m not always as creative as I could be with my veggies, but the bok choy I made to go with my chow mein this week actually outshined the main dish (partly b/c I was missing a few ingredients for the latter, hehe).
3 bunches bok choy, chopped into large pieces
soy sauce
sherry
cashews, crushed into smaller pieces
five spice powder
sesame oil
garlic
Cook up some garlic in sesame oil. Add bok choy and begin to stir fry. Deglaze with sherry. Add five spice powder and soy sauce, continue to cook. Garnish with cashews.
