Chicken Cacciatore

This is my favorite dish at Dominick’s, the best place in the Bronx Little Italy. I figured ATK’s recipe had to be worth a try – I made some changes like adding potatoes to make it more Dominick’s-esque. Next time, I think a white wine vs a red wine base would be better (this was kind of rich, and undoubtedly purple). Still delicious.
