This is one of my favorite Thai dishes and I’ve always wanted to make it. Becky beat me to the punch when she had us over for dinner, and I liked her version (which is mostly meatless – just uses dried shrimp and fish sauce) so much that I got the recipe. Plus, I got to use the dried shrimp Andrej brought back for us from Japan.

Thai Grilled Shrimp
I used an Emeril marinade on these shrimp; wanted something Thai-inspired to go with the papaya salad I was making (recipe to follow). Salty, sweet, delicious.
