Our CSA is back! John did our first pickup, and he couldn’t remember what this group of smaller sized greens he picked up was. After some online research I think it may be mizuna, but who knows.
Anyway, not knowing much about it, I figured it couldn’t hurt to throw it into pasta with some sausage and veggies. Man was this good! I’m trying really hard to avoid grabbing seconds as we speak.
