We got these great Chinese radishes at the market Sunday – nice and spicy. I made this as an appetizer to go with a dinner of French onion soup and French-inspired truffled corn and white bean salad (recipe to follow).
radishes (the spicier the better), sliced
butter, unsalted
kosher or sea salt
cooking spray
baguette, sliced as thin as you can
Preheat oven to 375. Spray bread slices with cooking spray. Toast your bread slices about 10 minutes.
Remove. Spread with unsalted butter. Season with salt. Add radishes on top and devour.
