Homemade pasta accomplished! I made this as the centerpiece for Holiday Potluck.
I did it by following a step-by-step blog recipe with photos, so I’m just going to send you there rather than rewriting. It’s a Mario Batali recipe, for reference.
Picture is pre-oven because I got too caught up with hosting duties and forgot to take a picture when it came out.
