This appetizer recipe couldn’t have been easier and I really liked it. I was inspired by a recipe online for this, but didn’t really end up following it.
1 package Haloumi
2.5 lemons
splash olive oil
1 garlic clove, grated
pinch dill
Cut haloumi in half (into two triangles) and slice thin. Slice two lemons thin.
Squeze juice from another half a lemon over the cheese and lemons. Add a splash olive oil, garlic dill and salt and pepper
Grill a few minutes on each side and serve with toothpicks.
