Pantry Marinara

Wanted to make marinara sauce tonight in an effort to use up two too-ripe tomatoes, but had no onions, fresh herbs, etc. Ended up with a pantry (ish) sauce that still tastes very good (it’s still cooking).

Quick Asian Bok Choy

I’m not always as creative as I could be with my veggies, but the bok choy I made to go with my chow mein this week actually outshined the main dish (partly b/c I was missing a few ingredients for the latter, hehe).
