Peach Caprese

Saw this recipe on a blog and suddenly I knew what I was bringing to my friend Audrey’s bday picnic.

3-4 peaches, sliced

fresh mozzarella, cut into pieces

balsamic vinegar

fresh basil (8 leaves or so)

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper

Arrange peaches and cheese on a plate. Scatter with basil leaves. Drizzle with oil and vinegar (4:1 ratio or so), salt and pepper to taste. That’s it!
