Big thumbs up for this WaPo recipe. We served this over quinoa (with bread and salad) to round out the meal.
1/2 cup beer (I used a blonde ale)
1 tbsp jerk seasoning
2 tbsp butter
Put butter, seasoning and beer in dutch oven or pot. Add mussels in single layer. Cook on high heat 10 minutes or until mussels have opened and are cooked through.
