Because dried sour cherries make everything better, natch.
1 pint brussels sprouts, ends cut off and halved
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup dried sour cherries
salt and pepper
red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 400.
Toss brussels sprouts with oil; season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Put on baking sheet.
Cook 12 minutes. Take out and flip. Cook another 12 minutes or so.
Toss dried cherries onto baking sheet. Cover and keep warm until serving (the cherries will warm up a little in the process).
