Simple salad with truffle dressing

This is how I used up most of the leftover truffle dressing I made for the brussels sprouts. Most amounts are estimated.

About a half a head of leaf lettuce (we had some really nice stuff from the market), leaves torn.

3 tsp truffle dressing

sauteed mushrooms

toasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Toss your lettuce with your dressing. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve.

WW Points: 1-2 points per serving depending on how many seeds you use.
