I always order this at the local bagel shop, but given the last time I had it, some ingredient in there made me sick, it probably doesn’t hurt that I now make a homemade version as well. It’s a bit of a calorie bomb, but hey.
1 Everything bagel, toasted
1 slice American cheese.
1.5 oz deli turkey meat
about 3/4 oz cooked bacon (I used homemade, mmm)
smear of Dijon mustard
Build sandwich with the ingredients above (toast bagel before assembling so the heat will melt your cheese a little). Cut in half and serve.
