In the almost-not-a-recipe department, this came together well. Pictured with Orzo with Greens and Feta (recipe to follow) and a broccoli/orange cauliflower medley.
About 3/4 pound swordfish steak (I cut into three small pieces)
1 lemon, cut into slices
Fresh thyme sprigs
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375. Season steaks with salt and pepper and put in a baking dish. Add thyme sprigs and lemon slices on top of fish. Cook 30 minutes or until desired internal temperature.
