These are painfully easy, and still delicious.Brussels sprouts, halved
olive oil (tablespooon or so)
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375.
Toss sprouts with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast about 40-45 minutes, tossing around once to make sure you’re getting an even cooking. Keep an eye on these after 35 minutes – I did them for a party, so I first cooked for 30 minutes, cooled, and then finished at my friend’s house, so that may have made the timing slightly different.
If brussels sprouts aren’t quite crispy, put under broiler for a minute or two to crisp up.
