Recipe Variation: Lobster Cobb Salad

I’m not a huge fan of The Palm, but I do remember really liking a lobster Cobb salad there once for lunch. So when we had leftover lobster meat from our giant lobster dinner, this was my natural thought.

Just sub leftover cooked lobster for chicken in your traditional Cobb salad recipe. We also used turkey bacon instead of regular bacon this evening.
