An easy grilled side dish from The Gas Grill Gourmet.
20-30 small new potatoes (20 if they’re bigger)
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp chopped herbs (I used chives, tarragon and rosemary)
salt and pepper
bamboo skewers, soaked, or metal grilling skewers.
Preheat grill for indirect grilling (high on one side, off on other).
Toss potatoes with oil, herbs and garlic powder. Thread onto skewers and season with salt and pepper.
Grill on off side of grill for about 30 minutes, turning every 10 min or so.
