This is an easy side dish that’s good for using up greens and amping up the protein in a vegetarian meal.
1 can white beans, drained
1 bunch chard or other greens, chopped
splash or two of vegetable broth
salt and pepper
red pepper flakes, to taste
Heat pan. Spray with spray. Add greens and beans to pan, along with some broth to help greens wilt. Stir around until wilted and liquid is drying up, seasoning with salt, pepper and pepper flakes.
