The texture of this was a little weird, but it’s an interesting dessert.
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups warm water
1/4 cup port
Mix sugar and cocoa together in a bow. Whisk in several tbsp of water to form a paste. Add water, a little at a time, until smooth. Stir in port, Refrigerate overnight.
Put in ice cream machine and process according to directions. Freeze for a few hours and then serve.
