These are a tradition for Danish Christmas, Becky’s annual Christmas party that pays tribute to her family’s traditions and heritage. I took these off her hands this year, and they were fun to make, terribly fattening, and delicious.

Paella is super fun to make, particularly if you have a paella pan, which helps get it crusty on the bottom, and just adds to festiveness. I made this for my parents when home for Christmas, and they raved about it.
Yay Christmas cookies! I’ll be posting several Christmas cookie recipes here. These ones are less complicated than they may sound.
Very basic chicken curry recipe. Not a ton of ingredients, either.
Probably wouldn’t make this again, but a basic recipe from my Alcatraz cookbook.
This was quite successful, even if the fish we got wasn’t great. I ended up making half a batch with chicken, and half with fish because I ran out of the latter. But we liked both styles – the coating and toppings make the chicken tacos seem fish-taco esque.
