Leftover Chili Nachos

More of an idea than a full recipe – an easy way to turn dinner leftovers into a party appetizer. I’m not usually a fan of chili nachos at restaurants, but making my own seemed to work out pretty well!

1 cup leftover chili (I used pumpkin)

tortilla chips, preferably homemade (I cut tortillas into six pieces, spray with cooking spray, and bake, seasoned with salt, for 10-12 minutes)

grated cheddar

Heat up chili. Melt cheese on chips. Top with chili and serve.
