Pasta with Tuna, Feta, Olives and Capers

What do you do with leftover tuna and leftover pasta from two different meals? Combine them for lunch. This was a salt lovers’ dream.

1/2 cup wheat pasta, cooked

3 oz leftover seared tuna

4 olives, chopped

1 oz feta, crumbled

1 cup spinach

squeeze of one lemon

cooking spray

tsp capers

Spray pan. Add tuna, pasta and spinach. Squeeze lemon on top. Cook until pasta and tuna are heated through and spinach is wilted. Stir in olives, capers and feta and serve.
