Smoked Salmon with Caper Dill Cream Cheese on Pumpernickel

Treated myself to some smoked salmon at Wegmans last week, and this has been my breakfast for the past three days or so.

1 slice pumpernickel bread

4 tablespoons cream cheese

1 tbsp chopped dill

handful capers

1 shallot, minced

smoked salmon

Mix together cream cheese, dill, capers and shallot. Spread about a tablespoon on your bread. Top with smoked salmon.
