Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus

Ridiculously easy appetizer.

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed (get the really skinny type)

1 package prosciutto (usually about 8 oz or so)

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Have a bowl of ice water ready.

Plunge asparagus into boiling water for 2 minutes. Transfer to cold water.

Cut or rip each piece of asparagus into three long strips.

Wrap a small bundle of asparagus (three skinny) with a strip of prosciutto and serve.
