This was a quick way to use up some leftover pork loin from the freezer. We served them with Ben’s Asian Cole Slaw (recipe to follow), as well as some takeout seafood fried rice.
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb pork loin, cut into 4 boneless chops
1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
a couple shakes soy sauce
a couple shakes fish sauce
1 tbsp ginger paste
salt and pepper
Place pork chops in bag with oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and ginger. Marinate for at least an hour.
Heat oil in pan. Season chops with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides. Cook until 145 degrees inside (5-6 minutes).
