Broccoli Slaw with Salsa Verde

I loosely based this on a cabbage dish I like to order at a Mexican-ish restaurant downtown. I ended up using broccoli slaw instead of cabbage because it’s what Trader Joe’s had.

1 bag broccoli slaw

1 small zucchini, shredded

50 hazelnuts, crushed

about 3 tbsp salsa verde (this particular version I made used arugula, which was nice and bright)

salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients; season to taste.
