1 pound shrimp, defrosted and shelled
juice of half a lime
about 1 tbsp taco seasoning (I used Penzey’s bold). Cumin would also be fine
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Heat oil in pan. Add shrimp – season with taco seasoning, garlic and salt. Cook about a minute. Add lime and tequila (remove pan from heat if you’re worried it might flare up; I didn’t have an issue). Cook until shrimp are opaque.
