Low Carb [February], Week 5

It was a pretty good week of cooking; we were happy with the mix of old standbys and new recipes.

Monday: Pork Chow Mein (no noodles) with Peanuts, Asian Cukes

Tuesday: Basic Chili for John (I went out)

Wednesday: Garlic Soup

Thursday: John’s Turkey Meatloaf (though I made it), Broccoli

Friday and Saturday: Meals out (takeout Indian, restaurant meal). Though leftover turkey meatloaf + egg + brown gravy = yummy breakfast.

Sunday: Scallops Provencal, Snap Peas
