Grilled London Broil

Always a favorite that’s fallen a little out of our rotation. I overcooked this, and it was still delicious, which speaks to how good this improvised marinade worked out.


1 London Broil (usually top round steak, if not labeled as such), 1-2 pounds

3-4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp dijon mustard

2 sprigs rosemary, chopped

some olive oil

cooking spray

salt and pepper

Marinate London Broil in ingredients soy sauce through olive oil for at least eight hours. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat grill (spray grates with cooking spray) Grill about 4 minutes per side or until desired internal temperature. Let rest for 5-10 minutes and slice against the grain to serve.
