Spicy Moroccan Chickpeas

This recipe was ok, though it was a good use for our garden harvest of escarole. I thought it was too sour – I think my apricots were pretty sour for some reason?

Corn and Chive Popovers

These pop-overs¬†from Smitten Kitchen were a huge hit. Not every one popped but they were really great with salad and even for breakfast. I’d probably add more salt next time.
