Cucumber Avocado Salad

I knew I would like this Smitten Kitchen recipe. Super easy, and great for a summer meal. Paired with Jon Pork Chops.

3/4 to 1 pound seedless cucumber, washed and chopped into chunks (I used about 1 and a third English cukes)
2 scallions, chopped
1 large avocado, pitted and diced (I used 1.5 small)
2 tablespoons mayo
Juice of half a lime
Salt and Sriracha, to taste (I just used a bit, would probably add more next time)
Chopped cilantro

Combine cucumber, scallions and avocado in a bowl. Combine mayo, lime and seasonings, adjusting to taste. Drizzle salad with dressing and garnish with cilantro.
