My friends and I were obsessed with this tiki drink when we had it in St. John. And my friend Amy even managed to track down the recipe from the bar that specialized in it. Good stuff, and pretty easy to make at home.
2 oz Cruzan Coconut rum (we could only find Bacardi)
1 1/2 oz Coco Lopez (also could only find Goya’s brand of cream of coconut, but also seemed fine)
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Lime Wedge (err on the smaller side).
Put all in a blender with a cup of ice, blend and enjoy. My recommendation: double it at the very least.
