My friend Ali made this when we were visiting her shore house and I was a huge fan. It’s easy to double/triple, too, if needed.
2 pounds London Broil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon peeled and minced ginger
½ teaspoon peeled and minced garlic
1 tablespoon honey
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
Combine soy, ginger, garlic, honey, and lime with steak. Marinade for about an hour.
Preheat grill. Grill about 8 minutes per side. Allow to rest five minutes before slicing against the grain into strips.
