Sweet Corn with Togarashi

Yum, good combo. I wanted to bring a bit of Asian flair to the corn I was pairing with our tataki salad, and this got the job done.

2 ears of corn
2 scallions, chopped fine
sprinkle togarashi seasoning
salt, to taste
1/2 tbsp butter

Melt butter in pan. Add corn, salt and togarashi. Cook a few minutes until corn is cooked through and gaining a little color. Sprinkle with scallions and serve.
