The other skewers dish from my writer bbq.

Teriyaki sauce (see previous recipe)
2 pounds chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 inch scallions, cut into similar pieces
salt and pepper

Thread chicken and scallions onto skewers. GrillĀ about five minutes per side over medium-high heat. Brush on sauce and cook additional minute and serve.
