Heaping Avocado Toast

Using Smitten Kitchen’s recipe for inspiration, I made an avocado toast adaptation using much more avocado than I usually do. Delicious.


1 slice wheat bread
1/2 avocado
red pepper flakes
olive oil
sea salt

Toast wheat bread until dark and firm. Spread with avocado (mounding in the center). Sprinkle with salt and red pepper and top with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice (both generous).
