This was a winner from Nom Nom Paleo. I added a little soy sauce since A) it was stir fry and b) I am not Paleo. We served this with cauliflower rice.
1 tablespoon ghee or fat of choice (I used coconut oil)
½ large onion, diced
1 pound ground lamb
2 teaspoons curry powder
Freshly ground pepper
½ small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
Juice from ½ lime
soy sauce, to taste
Melt oil in pan. Sautee onion until soft. Add lamb (season with salt) and cook through. Add curry powder and stir fry a minute. Add cabbage and stir fry a bit more until cabbage is cooked through. Douse with soy sauce and salt to taste. Squeeze lime juice over and serve.
