This is a recipe I never remembered to put online. Hopefully I’ll actually remember it.
2 4 oz salmon fillets
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp olive oil
6 tbsp homemade teriyaki sauce
2 cups white rice
2 tbsp chopped scallions
Heat oils in pan. Sear salmon for 6 minutes on skin side, and two minutes on other side. For last minute of cooking, pour teriyaki sauce over salmon and let thicken.
Serve salmon over rice and garnish with scallions.
