I feel like I never quite get the ratio right when I’m trying to make matcha drinks. But this turned out rather well, though it was slightly too sweet for me (I’ll use a bit less sugar next time).
1 heaping tsp Matcha powder
1-2 Tbsp sugar, adjust to taste
2 Tbsp hot water
1 1/2 cup (360ml) hot milk
Put Matcha powder and sugar in a large mug cup and whisk well with hot water so Matcha and sugar dissolve. Pour in hot milk and whisk until mixed well.
