1 pound ground beef
1 package El Paso taco seasoning
hard taco shells
soft taco shells
sliced olives from a can, drained
American cheese, cut into strips and/or shredded Mexican cheese
Spray skillet and heat. Brown meat in pan. Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Simmer 4 minutes or until thickened.
Preheat oven to 350. Cook hard shells for 4 minutes. Microwave soft shells in wet paper towels for about a minute to soften.
Serve tacos with assorted toppings.
