Thumbs up to this Nom Nom recipe which had so much flavor! We couldn’t quite get the carrot noodles to crisp up but that was our only issue.

Another quick meal we used to have growing up. Having not had a Boboli since I was a kid, I didn’t think it was too bad (but I find it pretty easy just to make my own pizza crust and store extra in the freezer). As kids, we’d usually do half pepperoni and peppers, and half Hawaiian (my sister’s favorite), but I got to make the whole thing to my tastes this time.
Not really a recipe, but this condiment is really delicious on vegetables, so this has become a go-to side for me.
