Sourdough Rosemary Foccacia

My first time making a sourdough bread! Courtesy of the starter I got going about a week ago. We liked the first foccacia recipe I made a bit better, but this was still really enjoyable – softer, with a pronounced sour taste. John’s bringing most of it to hockey tonight.

Pepperoncini Beef

Really enjoyed this No Crumbs Left recipe – lots of flavor. I cut down significantly on the coconut oil for calories.

Tiradito

My sister learned this recipe in cooking class in Peru and I think it’s terrific. We had it once at her place with sea bass, and I made it at home with tuna, quadrupling the recipe. Both delicious!

Rosemary Foccacia (Year of Bread recipe)

This year is Year of Bread! I’m focusing on one type of bread per month, and hoping to pepper in some one-off recipes here and there as well.

January is focaccia month, and I absolutely loved this first recipe for it. Very crispy while still having texture.
