Thumbs up to this Nom Nom recipe which had so much flavor! We couldn’t quite get the carrot noodles to crisp up but that was our only issue.
I saw this pictured on someone’s Instagram feed and decided to recreate it for lunch.
I made this up to use up some of the lovely mini plums we got in the market. I really liked the flavor combo and it turned out very pretty.
I improvised this recipe to use up the rest of my stir fry sauce and it turned out quite well.
I was lucky enough to find monkfish at D.C.’s fish market yesterday. I went for a lobster-ish preparation this time round. We served with wax beans and caprese salad.
