John’s Antipasto Salad

John made dinner for me when I got back from New York. He went with sausage and peppers, as well as this satisfying antipasto salad (which is super easy given so many ingredients are pre-made – we’ll do this again, as it’s less involved than my hoagie salad, that has a similar flavor profile). He didn’t really measure ingredients, but I’m listing at least what he included.

Ginger Steak Salad

I could have sworn this was on my site because I’ve made it before, but no dice. I like this dressing and marinade from Pioneer Woman, though I usually take a clean-out-the-fridge approach towards what vegetables I include in the salad.

Miso Slaw

Recipe from CL that makes a TON. I’d recommend only dressing half to keep leftovers fresh. We had this with the quick ponzu salmon I’ve been doing lately (recipe to follow).

Squash and Radish Salad
