Thai Red Curry

I felt like I couldn’t really ask for a better Thai curry recipe. The only thing I’d do differently next time is omit the canned bamboo shoots – I just don’t like them and think they taste metallic.

Stewed Hambagu Steak

This was a really good spin on the Japanese dish. I even liked the cheese on it. It’s definitely a bit of a commitment, but quite delicious.
