Pumpkin Bread

Naturally, this Smitten Kitchen recipe is a winner, and is officially my new go-to pumpkin bread recipe. John isn’t all that into pumpkin stuff and still ate the majority of this loaf. I forgot to take a picture, but note this makes an oversized loaf – a silicone loaf pan came in handy here.

Meatballs Stroganoff

I love meatballs. I love stroganoff. Unsurprisingly, I loved stroganoff meatballs.

This recipe relies heavily on the sauce I use when I make this dish, with some minor improvisation. The meatballs are relatively straightforward, using meatloaf mix and adding a punch of dill. Easy and satisfying and good with buttered egg noodles.

Salmon with Grapefruit Lemon Butter Sauce

I told you I was going to work grapefruit into another salmon recipe. Didn’t get a photo of this one but improvised it last night and we were very happy with it. Served with potato cauliflower puree and broccoli.
